My Dad sent me an Online Payment check through Quicken and I noticed it had his old address. His bank says the new address is associated with his account. Anyone know if the payer's address comes from the bank? The only other ideas I had were the online processor (Metavante?) or the Quicken program itself, though they seem unlikely.

I had the same problem with Wells Fargo. I found that the bank had a separate address for payments. Even though I had updated my profile at the bank, the online payment address had to updated also.
Hope this helps.

If he is using Quicken Bill Pay service, Metavante is the one that issues the checks - not his Bank. He would need to change the address on their records.

After some calls, research, and testing, I was able to access and change the address by modifying my Profile on the Quicken Bill Pay website.
