Stoci price updates

Using Quicken Home & Business 2013.

The stock quote update has stopped working. is anyone else having problems with this?

Do the update just stop after a period of time?

Many thanks.

Stock prices (and all other online services) stop when your Quicken version is no longer "supported".

Q2013 stopped being supported many years ago; if you have been getting prices downloaded from Intuit/Quicken to Q2013, you were just lucky.

Here's the discontinuation information (Q2013 is so old it is not even listed, but it followed the same time frame as the listed versions)":

If you want prices downloaded by Quicken servers, you must use a supported version of Quicken (a version that has not reached it's "Discontinuation Date".

Otherwise, find some online source of prices (possibly Yahoo) that will produce a .CSV file of prices in the format that Quicken can import (using File > Import > Import security prices from CSV file).

Thanks for the info; wasn't aware of that. I have a copy of Quicken H&B 2016 that I've never gotten around to installing. Would you happen to know if that version is still supported? Otherwise, it's no big deal

- can always update them manually.

Again, thanks for your help - even if I did misspell "stock" in the sumject line.

Never mind about Quicken 2016. I see from your link that it's also no longer supported.
