I recently upgraded to Quicken 2009 and now I'm experiencing an occasional problem with One Step Updates.
I have lots of accounts at several Financial Institutions. Usually teh entore process takes a few minutes, but occasionally it will get stuck on one FI ( not always teh same one). I have to close Quicken. When I restart Quicken, the download screen flashes and Quicken immediately ends. Then I have to start Quicken again, run One Steep Updates, uncheck the FI that was stuck and proceed. Usually the next day I can download from that FI.
Is there a way to tell Quicken to just time out and skip an FI that isn't responding?
