Transactions out of date

I am a newbie who is trying to maintain my check register in Q2004. My downloaded transactions are a month out of date, even tho my last download is the current date.

I'm not sure where the problem lies, so here is my history:

1)Last successful transaction download was 2/16/05. 2)Computer crashed...I reinstalled everything from the ground up and copied all data files, including QDF to my new hard drive. 3)A month passes that I have not downloaded transactions 4)I run the newly installed Quicken and attempt to perform a One Step Update. 5)I get a message: U.S. Bank - PFM Direct Connect: Unable to complete request 6)Transaction summary shows error that the account file is already associated with another Quicken user. I had 2 Quicken accounts, so I changed my Quicken.com login to the other account. Still didn't work. I created a new account which resolved this error but still did not allow transactions to download correctly. 7)I still get "unable to complete request" although now the last download date is today, but no new transactions have been downloaded.

Any help pointing me to the correct resolution or even just helping me focus where the problem lies will be greatly appreciated.

I went into the Online Center and was able to get my transactions that way.
