Easiest way to MANUALLY update prices is go into the PORTFOLIO view. Highlight the security in question Immediately a pop up box should appear. Click on UPDATE, then EDIT PRICE HISTORY, and you can edit to your heart's content.

If you're downloading your portfolio, depending on how you set up your securities, you should be able to download automatically the price assuming it is a well-known traded security, the symbol (eg: KO for Coca-Cola for an individual stock example, or VFINX for Vanguard's SP500 Index Fund for a mutal fund example ) is setup correctly, etc. Then you can see the daily price swings should you care.

Hope this helps.
