I'm looking for a Zurich registered builder who can start building a new luxury home in SW London during the next couple of months.
Can anyone recommend one personally? Failing that, does anyone have a list of Zurich accredited builders I can ring round?
NHBC supplies a handy database but Zurich doesn't for reasons best known to themselves.

I suspect he might mean a UK builder registered with Zurich Building Guarantee rather than a builder operating out of the Swiss city.

As a Zurich Registered builder ourself...ourselves...if we want the new build to have a 10 year guarantee we must only sub-contract to Zurich Registered builders.

So don't subcontract to other builders. Employ them instead. Then they'll be covered by your registration, won't they?

Allbuild on 01273272781 are zurich registered. They were fine.
