ING direct, does anyone have experience of them? I am thinking of opening an account with them

ive just signed up for an ING account and they were very responsive. A fleet of post followed and it was all sorted quick. Looks good.

Same good experience here - opened an account for myself back in October and it was up and running inside 10 days. I've also had quite reasonable customer service experience with them - I needed to link a 2nd account to my savings account and the whole process was fairly quick and easy.

Reminds me of when I have to wait for a long time to get through to one of these Customer Service Impersonators - I complain about how long it takes them to answer the phone and they blame it on the number of calls but I tell them it's because they don't have enough staff.
