I'm waiting for a new cash card to arrive from my bank.
Will I still be able to into the branch and withdraw cash if I showed my ID, i.e. photo drivers licence, passport ect?

Depending entirely on your banks security procedures - but I expect you would be fine. A call ahead to the branch would almost ensure they were ready to help you.
It would be easier at your own branch, with your cheque book. Or the cashier has a bank cheque form you can use. Take an ID like passport or driving licence.
