its a site to hit back at companies such banks ect ........

Shame the site is littered with spelling and grammatical errors. Any time I've got a charge with the bank (Natwest) - one of them once was nearly
200, I just went in and they wrote it off. No fuss, no hassle. All you need is the bottle to confront them about it. :)Simon
Do you mean you bribe them with drink, or threaten to crack the bottle over their heads?
