The Halifax suck donkey dick

Just tried to report an email scam to the Halifax.

- The 0845 number wanted all kinds of personal details about *me*. Mind your own damn business.

- Their "email fraud" web page has no way of reporting email fraud.

- Their abuse@ and webmaster@ email addresses are blocked;

Fine. I hope their customers get reamed up the arse with telegraph poles. I certainly shan't bother ever again.

Worth trying the old number for their head office/main switchboard? It was

01422 333333 a few years ago.

The "National Hi-Tech Crime Unit" had no way to report the tobacco advertising I saw here about a week ago. That'll be because it doesn't make enough tabloid headlines. Can I have my tax back ?

Pretty much what I found with Lloyds. I got the offending webpage pulled by contacting the hosting company direct. But like you I'm fed up with the "official" channels.

Care to forward the mail to me, headers inclusive?

Personally, I don't care about tax evasion. And I particularly don't care about people importing stuff from the Continent. "Free movement of goods, services and people", remember?

From the State? Are you kidding?

How very spooky, I had just eaten my first pickled cucumber in 2 years and just before reading your post. Is this a miracle?

I got some of mine back. Not enough, but some.

Ban on tobacco advertising recently - different thing from tax evasion.

Why?

All customers of financial institutions, be they banks, building societies or loan sharks get well and truly butt-fukked!

Don't care about that, either. Adults should be allowed to do as they please.

I, too, got some tax back, some years ago.

Because I thought they might like to know.

I have no sympathy whatsoever for anyone who signs something and then later bleats about the T&C.

Their webmaster, (in as far as they have one), my daughter in law, is coming round for Sunday dinner today.

I will mention your concerns.
