I want to open up a bank account for my son, who is 17 and I want to know which is the best bank account with a Debit Card to have?

flexaccount,manage on line via the internet,been with them 20 years,always been very good..
I agree 100% nationwide is excellent, I've been with them 15 years. Web access requires no special software and works very well.
But it's not a bank of course :-)
