MYOB date format question.

As of January 2007, the new CPA cheque specifications come into effect and one of the requirements is that date on the cheque use the DDMMYYYY format (or other variations of it but no separators).

By default, MYOB v9 prints the date as DD/MM/YY. Anyone know if it can be modified so that it prints the dates on cheques using the DDMMYYYY format?

TIA

The date formate is set by Windows. If you want to display as DDMMYYYY go into your Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, click on the Customize button. Select the Date tab, and in the Short Date Format drop down select the correct format.

Actually, as long as your cheques display the DDMMYYYY or MMDDYYYY under the date on the cheque, it will pass the new standard.
