Barcode Quantity with Zebra or Cognitive

I am using Zebra TLP 2824 or Cognitive Blaster Advantage printers with RMS. When I ask RMS to print 1 label, I always get a message that says 2 were printed. In reality, only 1 prints (which is what I asked for). Below is a sample label file I am using. I am wondering if this is a program bug in RMS.

'Eltron 2824 Label [INITIALIZE] [LABEL]

N ZB Q195,24 q243 S2 D5 A68,30,0,3,1,1,N,"" B25,55,0,1,1,3,60,B,"" A70,150,0,3,1,1,N,"" A17,170,0,2,1,1,N,"" P1 N [FINALIZE]

I always see the same thing. I think it may actually be an issue in the text based print driver - it is not estimating the print size correctly. Or maybe it is... The 'print job' that windows is working with here is actually the text based printer commands, not the output that will be produced. So, if you just printed the text in your label file, it would be 2 pages long. Windows is just sending text, the Printer interprets it to produce the label. I don't know of any solution to this - sorry!
