I have a Fashion Jewelry Wholesaler using Microsoft RMS POS Ver2.0
I try to print the label for my merchandise but since it's jewelry
label size that comes with RMS was too big or too long
so I design the label size and stuff but here is the problem
I also need to have barcode(code128A) on the label
whenever I print the label it seems like it print fine with barcode
but when I try to read from barcode reader
somehow I can't read the barcode
label size is 1.5" x 0.5 using code128A barcode
but if i use ZEBRA(Zebradesign) program using same configration
it print fine and read the barcode on the label without any problem
is it a program error? or RMS just not supporting small size label
if anybody know the solution for problem I'm having please help me
