Is there a way to do the following:
The retailer has a constant special running on an item that if a customer buys 9, they get the 10th one free. The catch is that the customer will not buy all 9 at one time. It could be over a period of 12 months. So, can you keep up with the history of the customer and give discounts based on what they have bought in the past?
