Changing transaction number in the tables in RMS- can this be done

2. Can we change the transaction number in the database to start with a specific 6 digit number (with leading zeros) and increment by 1? For example- a transaction number today might be 76 in batch 7. This client needs to be able to start their transaction numbers with a specific 6 digit number with a leading 0 and increment from there. They need to do this based on the numbering schematic of permits they sell. is this possible?Andrea

in the administrator you can set next transaction number.

would using serial numbers work better maybe??
