How does RMS manage/redeem coupons. I am planning on mailing postcards to some select customers that will have a coupon for 20% off any apparel item. I assume that the coupon needs an ILC, but how is that item setup, how does the POS know to search for an apparel item on the transaction and apply this
How does RMS manage/redeem coupons. I am planning on mailing postcards to some select customers that will have a coupon for 20% off any apparel item. I assume that the coupon needs an ILC, but how is that item setup, how does the POS know to search for an apparel item on the transaction and apply this 20% discount to it and how is this tracked? I am assuming this will require some sort of add-on?

What if you have a transaction that there are items from multiple departments on there, and say all the items from one department are that 20% off, is there an easy way to do that? Or do you either have to have only those things in the transaction when you do the discount, or go one by one?
Or is there an add-> Stringers,
are apparel, select Perform discount on All items then 20.
