I am trying to creat a query/report for work orders that are pending with customer name and phone number.. I tried using the order and order entry and customer table joined but got all my orders back to 2001 and non of the ones that have been created recently... what tables do i use and in what context? Thanks brent

Brent, I have a good 'Open Orders' report. If you're interested, just let me know and I'll attach it to another post.

You might want to change the filters, etc. but these reports work pretty well for me.
The 'tomorrow' report is especially tricky.
Delivery Orders = Work Order with a reference of DO. You can rename, remove the 'Reference = DO' filter and you'll have an Open Orders report.
