I've installed RMS 2.0 and the hot fix 115. When I try to utilize the manual credit card entry the address button isn't active. I've activated/deactivated both EDC buttons and no change. How do you activate the adrress button.
Have you entered all EDC info in Administrator, set up the tender type in manager, and Z'd out the register?
Yes, Prefered Acquirer is set in Administrator. Tender is set for CC. What else could be missing?
My appologies for not putting this in on the original posting. The customer is using PCCharge to process his CC transactions. Does the manual entry work with PCC?
