We recently had a cherry keyboard fail at one of our stores. I ordered and installed a new one and programed it according to the instructions. When we swipe a cc now the cc number has a "B" in front of it. This is causing all sorts of problems with approval and batch settlements. Anyone have any idea what I did wrong or what needs to be done to correct this?
