Discount Reports

Does anybody have any discount reports which would show me discount given manually with reason codes at the till, adn also discount given due to price levels?

If someone could post any up here for me it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

You can get that right out of Detailed Sales. run your detailed sales report. Go to the Show/Hide columns feature. Show the "Price Source" and (I think this is there) "Discount Reason Code". Price source tells you how the price was arrived at - such as a price level, sale or cashier manual entry...

Hi Glen,

Thanks for your advise - but my report doesnt have the discount reason code availalbe for selection, and it also doesnt have any price source option that i can find...

Is there such thing out there as a detailed sales report which has every possible feild availalbe for selection in it? It seems that i'm for ever seeking to add extra columns to all the sales reports, when one with all the availalbe feilds on it would suffice for just about every sales reporting need!

thanks agian

Hi Phil,

Retail Analytics from Professional Advantage pulls every field populated in RMS into a dataware house. On top of that data warehouse, we have prebuilt OLAP cubes that will enable you to slice and dice your infromation right in Excel. If you would like to take a quick look at the product, please go to

We also have the UCAP ( Up Close and Personal) program. UCAP - we have streamlined a process to get RMS Client's data in house, load our Retail Analytics product and then demonstrate the full power of the product at no cost!

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or if there is anything that we can do for you.

Thanks,
