Does anyone know a way for RMS to be able to email invoices the way QuickBooks does?

Save it as a PDF then email it.

We configured a workstation with a PDF printer from Primo. We print the invoice to this printer which creates a PDF file on the desktop and email the pdf file.

I use PrimoPDF as well. You can save the file anywhere you'd like and it will automatically open in Adobe Reader (if installed). You can e-mail directly from the File menu in Adobe Reader. I use this same process for e-mailing POs to some of my vendors.
