Is there a way to tender multiple gift certificates. For example, a customer has 3 $10 gift certificates to apply to a single purchase.

Yes, go to the next line and hit the plus (+) key on the number pad. If you have them serialized this will also prompt for the next serial number. You will have reenter the price if you have it set up for that also.

remember though that the next line only appears if you have selected to allow multiple tenders of the same type in the configuration in SO.

Manager | Tender Types | select your gift card tender | check allow multiple tenders | restart POS Now every time you input a gift card tender another line will appear to allow as many as you need. Craig
