Yes , you can have daily sales totals by registers.

It should not be the case.If your having rights to do X and Z report then you can do so without their user codes.

X or Z-report will tell you the sales made by tender type.

sale is final as of that day. When accounting tries to match totals and that person doesn't pay for 30 days, how do we keep that straight. Is there a way to make that sale go through on the daily reports once they pay?

Accounts should look only on the SALE figures in the X or Z-Report but you have to keep track on what are the amount thats comes in PAID IN ACCOUNT because it sums up all the transactions.

Hi Arik ... I'm trying to understand what is the problem ... as manager you can always see your sales report in RMS ... Like if yo u have 2 cachiers with different codes, you always can see their dayli, weekly reports anytime , and for this you don't need their passwords ...
