how to retrieve other Quickbooks file from Accounting

Hi, I did import a file from quickbook and posted its batches. Now I want to retrieve different QB file. I go to Manager>configuration>accounting>select Quickbooks2003 then try to change company Name and File but they are greyed out (disable). Do you know how to select different files and company to retrieve for accounting. Thank you very much
