HQ Problem-Errors

I am setting up an HQ office and 2 stores(1 is a single PC and 1 is a 2 PC setup). The single PC store is working with HQ perfectly. The 2 PC store is connecting but I receive error messages when trying to process worksheets. This leads me to believe that I may have configured the 2 PC network incorrectly. However the 2 PC's seem to be connecting and working fine on their own. My error message is two fold:

POPUP: Automation Error The specified module could not be found. (Unhandled Error, State = '9')

Then: Error -2147024770: Automation error An error was detected, connection will be aborted.

I have tried the Database Check and Reindex on both SO and HQ. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have checked all HQ client settings. I have also contacted MS Support, and they sent me links to CSource that I have already tried. I am sure I am missing something very obvious here, any ideas what it is would be great...thanks.
