Are you having VPN connection with VPN Concentrator 3000 installed ? How can I setup it that it will permanently connect ? or better , does your installion STABLE ? does your shop get connected on schedule time ? if yes, how many shops are in VPN connection ?

We have setup VPNs for many of our multi location clients and they work great for more than just connecting stores to HQ. It also makes inner-store communication and support easier.
We use a Linux based firewall product for this and it's wonderfully - extremely stable and has a lot of great functionality to do things like limit cashiers access to the internet, etc. Do all of your locations have high speed internet? Static IP addresses? What is the VPN Concentrator 3000? What VPN protocol does it use?
