Messages through POS

I am trying to make it easier for our different departments to send messages through the POS. By messages I mean using the shift+F2 in POS. Is there anyway to change or sort the order of "cashiers" in the messages? The department that uses this feature the most is our customer service to send messages to all the cashiers. It's very time consuming to hold down ctrl and select each one. What I did is record a macro of me selecting each person. The problem is the list gets changed sometimes and the macro doesn't work anymore. When I run a SQL query of our cashiers, I see the table is exactly how it appears in the messages...maybe that's a hint.
