multiple swipe of msr

i just bought a msr to do cc processing through RMS but i find that i have to swipe the cc multiple time to get it to process the transaction. all the tenders are setup with the proper mask ex. master card 5*.

The msr is working fine as i tested it in notepad and it pickups up the data on every swipe. It is a 3 track MSR by magtech.

Have you checked to make sure the card is not listing in the EDC batch more than 1 time. Typically if you have to swipe more than once, the card will list more than once.
