I am working with the demo of this product, and I want to know why when I recall an existing inventory count, the list is blank. Is this the intended behavior? I can add an item and save, and all of the items are still on the physical count sheet (confirmed in SO Manager). This is a little confusing, as I do not know what items have already been counted when I recall a worksheet.
Have you tried emailing the support at New west Tech they will help
I am trying to get an independent review of the function. Not that NWT would give me false information, but sometimes with some software companies you don't get the full story during the pre-sales period.
It's just good due diligence to ask here, but of course I will contact NWT for thier take on the situation.
