I have this problem that occurs randomly. Sometimees the POS transaction upon completion during printing will generate this "no receipt to display" error instead of the normal receipt. The items for transaction actually got deducted but there is no record of it. Have anyone faced similar problem before? Thanks.

Do you have access to customersource to download the patches and update.

Hi Akber,
Thanks for the information. It is of great help. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the customersource. The POS system and the RMS server is provided by a vendor. We have since discontinued their service. So I have no idea how to access. I tried accessing customersource but my email cannot be found. Is there another way I can access or download it? Many Thanks.

You have to have a current support agreement with MS to receive updates and hot fixes. You have to enter a support request with MS Tech Support to receive updates, or you can get them through your reseller. Even resellers are not allowed to distribute updates to customers who are not on a current support agreement. You need to contact your reseller to either get any updates that you are currently entitled to or to renew your support agreement so that you can get new ones as they come out.

Hi Glenn,
Thanks for the info. We did have a maintenance with our vendor previously (just ended). But not sure it includes a support agreement with MS. My guess is that it should. I just took this "responsibility" a few days ago so I have absolutely no idea what is going on. Maybe I should contact my local MS directly and demand for the patches. Thanks.
