Has anyone seen this? I have installed RMS using Bixolon SRP-350 serial printers and thier 4.0 OPOS drivers on several different PCs using a serial interface.
Receipts print fine on all systems. I have two PCs that print the X and Z reports fine in POS and a few others that will not. They just return "unknown printer error". I have discovered that I can go to Store Ops manager and print the report from journal viewer. I am inclined to think it is a difference in the serial port or bios of the motherboard (even though I can print from Store OPs) and I am going to try and add on serial i/o card.
