We are trying to use a card reader to scan a drivers license, it came with OPOS drivers but it does not show up in the list of the drivers.

How is connected to the computer? It's possible you don't need the OPOS drivers to use it. If it connects through USB it's probably plug-n-play. After plugging it in open notepad and swipe a card to see if it works. My guess is it will. I don't use one so I don't know all the different connections they may come with. If they come in a wedge you wouldn't need OPOS drivers there either. I think the only time you would need to worry about using OPOS is if it's a serial connection.
