How do I get to page 2 in the Journal Viewer?
All CC receipts and X/Z Reports are made up of 2 pages. I can only view page
I've tried every key combination and button I thought possible but it will not advance to the 2nd page????
Ctrl + right arrow. It's a goofy one to remember.

You have no idea what a source of frustration that was! Of course, its probably to much to ask to pu all these weird key combo's in the HELP FILE, eh Bill Gates?

Sorry to burst your bubble but.... Press F1 in POS or Manager. Click Search and enter "journal". Scroll down to "How to view journals". Low and behold. A nice little table containing all the shortcut keys for reading the journal. Click the Print button. Tape it to door of your employee bathroom. :-D

You are doing well. That was a 'trick' I learned back in the day - but I did not find out about it in the help menu. I have an incorrigibly bad habit of not reading help menus. I think it might be my favorite thing to do - not read help menus.

The issue is really that it should be intuitive. Microsoft software and PC knowledge would prompt the average user to use PageUp/PageDown or the arrow keys. Tell me how often you use CTRL+Arrow in other programs.
