Does anyone here use or know if a POS Computer that runs RMS. . . such as a Jiva, Pioneer etc. is compatible with RMS? I cannot find any info on Microsoft compatibility lists. I would like to use the all in one POS computers for their retail environment design features. I am concerned about using a standard "box" computer with add-ons, such as the HP POS system, in a retail store.

Hi ReefHermit we use Jiva POSIFLEX 5815 is work fine with RMS v.1.2 only that model when we change to 5915 or 8215 some time is hang so becarful.

Hi Mohd, No I haven't received any email , however as I told the problem is solved and it was some of the configuration problem with the hardware admin kit which they not mentioned anywhere. now pole display and cash drawer are working on same COM1 Port. Thanks anyway.
