I can't get RMS to post my closed PO's to QB!! I'll post the batch but I don't see the closed PO as an open bill in QB. Is there a trick I'm missing to set this up correctly? Should I be using a different account in the GL setup?

I am using RMS for my POS and Quickbooks in the backend. I'm not in front of my system now, but I'll check what GL account I'm using. I did make sure the box was checked however. Will the bill show-up in quickbooks under the "pay bills" function?
