Price check station - Looking to set one up

I want to set up a price check station similar to what they have at walmart or target, where a customer can scan and check an item on the floor. I want to use my existing MS RMS database. Ideally, the system just shows the price and nothing else when they scan the item. has anyone ever set this up before?
