No, what I'm asking is if you or your reseller made a custom receipt template that you use?

SO Manager | Database | Registers | Receipt Format | 40 column | the Sales line | Does it just say Receipt - 40 column or something else?

The standard RMS 40 column receipt prints the Name of the store, receipt number, card number, auth code signature line, agree to pay statement and the dollar amount at the top section, just like a credit card machine's printer would and then the normal receipt with the items on the bottom section. The receipt is just longer. It does not print twice.

If yours is not doing this, then you must have a custom receipt.

I've attached a copy of the receipt so that you can compare it to yours. Mine is showing as 2 pages because of the printer I use will cut the receipt into the 2 sections, one for the signature line and one for the line items, but it only prints once!
