We are having a problem with an HP USB Pole sign. It will not display using any effects like scrolling. Also the font appears too large for most Items to display with the item and price.
What am I missing?

I spent a lot of time on trying to get that thing to work right with RMS, trying a lot of various OPOS and setup tricks, all to no avail. Good luck, my advice is to send it back for a refund.
