When i sell an item with qty discount (ie. 1 x 5.99 , 2 x 10.00) it is Ok. But if the customer returns the items the POS registers (5.99 + 5.99) = 11.98. Is there a way to fix it????

If you require a receipt for returns and use the Recall function, the transaction will be recalled with the price the customer actually paid. This would be the preferred method for all returns. No simple fix for this, but you could enter it as a product suggestion on Customer Source.
