Can anyone tell me how toget the cardholders name from the retail management system. We are using the intigrated credit card processor and Citibank. I just got a note from the chargeback department and they want the cardholders name. I have no clue how to get that information.

I hope that the information supplied in the edc detail report will be enough for Citibank then!

you'd think that if the providing the customers name would be a requirement for chargeback complaint using Citibank that RMS software would be able to accomodate that data as they are "partners" so to speak.
sounds like this would be a great suggestion for the next release or the next service pack.
