I just wanted to let everyone know that Microsoft has started to ship RMS 1.3 Refreshed Software on June 6, 2006.
My just arrived in Canada June 12, 2006 From Fargo, ND after clearing customs.
I know that there have been questions about it's release in the Newsgroup.
