Missing transactions

I am using the Ingenico Signature capture device and I have had nothing but problems. The register sends the credit card out for approval and the processor (Abanco) approves the transaction. The approval never reaches the register or the approval causes the register to freeze. If you look at the log, we are missing the transaction number. If I look at my credit card transaction on Abancos web-site, they have approved it. Has anyone else had this problem???

Todd,

Remember that I _think_ Abanco is using TPI.

Todd, I am using RMS v1.3, Ingenico Entouch 1000 with the Abanco plug-in. The missing transactions are not always on a charge sale. It has happened on a cash sale and check sale. As far as the other items I am not sure as I had an outside vendor (a gold partner) set-up the system. Abanco has recently released a newer version of the software, but we still have some problems. If no one else has this problem, then I know I need to address it w/ Abanco.
