I hvae Error on POS , when I scan or key itemlookupcode
" An error ocurred while attempting to add item to the transaction. The following item was not found in the database"
But, I can see that on the database.
What is wrong??

Hi!... Please review the correct bar code on each product! .. These EAN13 using? When generates a report of the item, you can watch them? The Database is correctly configurated?
