RMS - Merge two accounts w/o losing info

there is a procedure outlined on customersource to do that. It is pretty involved though. Also, DRS has an add-on called VIPZONE that does that, along with a lot of other useful things, very slickly.

So, are you just wanting to transfer purchase history from one account to another? Or is their information that you'd like to merge too e.g. total sales, address etc.

I use a SQL script that will take the purchase history from > Hi

The procedure outlined on customersource is a combination of SQL scripts that merge both accounts into one, including all details. DRS VIPZone is an add-on that merges two accounts into one with one click, very handy. Either way will get the job done.
