Hello All,
I would like to know if there is a way to put the Sales Rep ID or name on the reciept. I tried to put entry.SalesRep.Number but it shows 0 on the reciept.

In addition to root, the sales rep info is on each line item and not assigned to the whole transaction. In other words, you have to add a column for sales rep in the line item entries section of the receipt.

Thanks Root, Matt. Matt as you suggested adding sales rep to each line item area, where & what exactly I should began. I'll appreciate if you can shed some light to solve this issue.

In the XML template you need to programatically add a column to place the sales rep. To accomodate this new column the other columns will need to be narrowed somewhat.

There is a receipt format on CustomerSource you can use that prints the sales rep per line.
