Sales Rep POS 2009

Hi There



When prompt for sales rep is turned on in POS 2009 on POS start up it asks for Sales rep.



At this point if I try to enter a sales rep id which is lets say 56 it wont select or high light it. Seems the search based on Sales Rep id doesn't work.



Any ideas or info would be appreciated.
