I have some AMEX charges that did not settle. When I try to settle them again this morning... they are not in the SETTLE EDC Batch screen. How do I settle these?

I have some AMEX charges that did not settle. When I try to settle them again this morning... they are not in the SETTLE EDC Batch screen. How do I settle these?
You should call your processor they can settle on their system.
