EDC batch settle problem

Hi,

I have one client last week had EDC batch settle problem, and got error message "There was a connection error. No transactions were settled. Please try again later.". After that failure, they never got the EDC work again, always same error. They are still running 1.2. But their regular credit card transaction still works after that EDC batch error. Anyone encountered same issue before. My emai is snipped-for-privacy@yahoo.com.
