I am currently trying to install Star TSP600 opos printers with RMS 2.0 and i am having trouble getting them to work with all my machines. I have installed the software and the printers/cash drawers are working with 2 machines, and all others are not working, giving me an "unknown error" in RMS. Within the star config utility after pressing the check health button it is giving me an error on all machines of "CheckHealth method failure !"
Any ideas?
After rebooting, should the COM1 remain uninstalled?

Unfortunately i am still having the same problem on quite a few of my machines. I have many locations and i have not found a resolution that completly corrected the issue. I still receive the "Unknown Error" and the only way i have corrected this problem is to uninstall com1 and reboot machine. However even after rebooting the machine the "Unknown Error" still randomly comes up on the same machines.
